Breakfast: plain whole fat yogurt with homemade granola
Snack: potato salad (mashed potoates with a honey mustard vinaigrette)
Lunch: the usual snacky lunch at MIL house. I always forego the donuts that everyone else has because I don’t care for them. Today I had a raisin bagel with melted pepper jack cheese on each side; slices of summer sausage; wheat thins
Dinner: penne with tomato-sausage sauce; corn; fresh bread; wine
